    سیبوں کو چھلکوں سمیت کدو کش کرکے باریک کرلیں۔ 10لٹر کی گنجائش والے برتن کا ایک چوتھائی حصہ ابلے ہوئے پانی کو ٹھنڈا کرکے بھر لیں ۔ اس میں کدو کش کئے ہوئے سیب اور شہد ڈال دیں ۔ برتن کا ڈھکنا بند کرکے اسے خوب اچھی طرح ہلائیں تاکہ سب کچھ مکس ہوجائے اور پھر اس کا ڈھکنا ڈھیلا کرکے ہوا اس کے اندر داخل ہونے دیں۔ اس آمیزے کو چالیس دن کیلئے اسی حالت میں رہنے دیں۔ جب سیب تہہ میں بیٹھ جائیں تو انہیں باریک کپڑے کے ذریعے مائع حصے سے علیحدہ کرلیں ۔ چھانے گئے مائع کو مزید 40دن کیلئے برتن میں پڑا رہنے دیں اور اس کے بعد ایک دفعہ پھر چھان لیں ۔ تخمیر کا 

    عمل مکمل ہوچکا ہے اور بہترین سیب کا سرکا تیار ہے جسے آپ بوتلوں میں ڈال کر محفوظ کرسکتے ہیں۔
    یہ خاص سرکہ نا صرف جسم کو فاسد مادوں سے پاک کرتا ہے بلکہ دوران خون کو بہتر کرتا ہے اور جسم کو معدنیات اور 
    وٹامن بھی فراہم کرتا ہے ۔

    اس کے استعمال کے مختلف طریقے درج ذیل ہیں۔

    *پتے کی پتھری کے لیے ایک چمچ سیب کا سرکہ، ایک چمچ زیتون کا تیل، ایک چمچ شہد ایک گلاس پانی میں شامل کر کے روزانہ پی لیں

    *گردے کی پتھری کے لیے ایک چمچ سیب کا سرکہ، ایک چمچ شہد ایک گلاس پانی میں شامل کر کے روزانہ پی لیں

    *دانتوں اور مسوڑوں کی تکلیف کے لئے ایک کپ پانی میں ایک چمچ سیب کا سرکا شامل کرکے اس سے کلیاں کریں یہ نہ صرف دانتوں کو صاف کرتا ہے بلکہ مسوڑوں کی سوجن کو کم کرتا ہے اور مسوڑوں سے خون آنے کو بھی ٹھیک کرتا ہے.

    • 1 chopped jalapeno pepper -- seeded, optional

    • 8 skinless chicken thighs


    Take away the skin and the top layer of body fat from the thighs. Wash. Towel dried out. In a large non-stick skillet, combine the sauce ingredients, like the jalapeno. More than medium-high temperature, bring the mix to a boil, adding the poultry (bones up). Decrease the heat to reduce, simmer and cover up for 15 minutes. Remove the cover, convert the chicken pieces over, improve the heat to moderate and cook until liquid will be evaporated and the poultry is glazed about 10 to 15 minutes. Heat as necessary adjust.

    • 6 x Poultry thighs (2 lb),skinned

    • 1/2 ts Salt

    • 1/4 ts Pepper

    • 2 tsp Olive oil

    • 1 c Sliced clean mushrooms

    • 4 x Green onions, sliced

    • 1 x Clove garlic, minced

    • 1/2 c Dry out white wines (or Chablis)

    • 1/4 ts Dried whole thyme

    • 2 x Med tomatoes, cut into wedges

    • 1 TB Minced clean parsley


    Trim excess fat from chicken. Wash chicken with cool water, pat dry.

    Place in a new shallow container. Sprinkle with pepper and salt. Coat a big skillet with cooking food spray; add essential olive oil. Location over med-hi high temperature until hot. Add poultry to skillet; cook 2-3 a few minutes on each side until browned lightly. Remove poultry from skillet, and drain on paper towels. Wipe skillet dried out with a paper towel. Recoat skillet with cooking food spray; location over med-hi high temperature until hot.

    Add more mushrooms and cook 2 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove mushrooms from skillet, and reserve. Recoat skillet with Pam. Place over med-hi high temperature until hot. Add natural garlic and onions; sauté 1 minute. Mix in thyme and wines. Add reserved poultry. Bring mix to a boil. Cover; reduce high temperature, and simmer 25 a few minutes. Include reserved tomato and mushrooms wedges; simmer 2 a few minutes or until completely heated. Sprinkle with parsley, and provide immediately.

    Aloe Vera

    Aloe cut

    Aloe gel is a wonderful skin treatment. Can be used on burns, scars, wounds, acne, sunburn, varicose veins and ulcerated skin. Internally, can ease gastritis, peptic ulcers, and irritable bowel syndrome.

    Anise

    The decoction of seeds with honey to relieve a cough.

    Borage

    Stimulates the adrenal glands, useful in dangerous or stressful situations and for anxiety, depression, and grief, giving us the courage to go on. Also helps with rheumatoid arthritis and acts as a diuretic and cleanser of the kidneys.

    Black Cohosh

    Regulates estrogen production in women, helping with menstrual problems such as cramps, and useful during the menopause for reducing hot flashes and menopausal depression. Also helps with rheumatoid arthritis, some types of a headache, osteoporosis, high blood pressure and tinnitus.

    Buchu Leaf

    Tea Tree
